While we might love to eat as many cookies and cakes as possible not all of us have the golden hand for baking. However the recipe that I am going to share here is just meant for people like those, including me. I found this in the blog of Burlap Bag and it uses only two ingredients – oats and bananas. And with these two simple ingredients you can make a whole bunch of very tasty cookies. You don’t need to beat the eggs, sieve the flour or add in butter or sugar or even baking soda. You wonder if that is possible then read on to know how.

Just follow the steps mentioned below to make your 2 ingredient cookie.

Tools you need: Knife, Bowl and Baking sheet

Ingredients: You need two large and soft bananas and a glass of oats. You can use either the quick or the regular oats. It is up to you.

Steps:

  1. Cut these bananas into small pieces and add them to the oats.
  2. Mix both in the bowl. If required (you can avoid if you don’t want), add some choco chips or walnuts or raisins or even cinnamon to improve the taste of your cookies. Use your imagination.
  3. The cookie dough is now to be placed over a parchment lined sheet for baking.
  4. Now just bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180deg Celsius.

That is all! You have a healthy, really delicious cookie ready in a jiffy. Try it out and let us know how you liked it.
