“De Markies” or “The Awning” named extendable campervan designed by Dutch architect Eduard Böhtlingk. When it is extended, the mobile campervan unfastens up to triple in area within seconds and provides living and sleeping areas. Essentially created as competitor into a 1985 “Temporary Living” contest and is awarded the Rotterdam Design Public Prize in 1996.
