According to prior speculations, the PSVR 2 will have an OLED display with a total resolution of 4000 x 2040 pixels, or 2000 x 2040 for each eye. It is slightly higher than the Oculus Quest 2. A 110-degree field of vision, foveated rendering, and sensory components in the headset itself was also suggested.
Sony has recently verified that the PSVR 2 includes 4K resolution, HDR, a 110-degree field of vision, foveated rendering, and frame rates. The frame rates range from 90 to 120 frames per second. Inside-out tracking is also included in PSVR 2. It means it will follow you and your controller using integrated cameras implanted in the headgear. Your motions and gaze will be mirrored in-game, eliminating the need for an external camera.
