Lately, it seems that the most out-there thing is to own a boat house on a lake somewhere, where you can get to spend relaxing weekends or city breaks with your loved one or family. This kind of weekend retreat is offered by this contemporary adobe designed by Christopher Simmonds. For those of you that are not familiar with the area, Muskoka Lakes is in Ontario, Canada with a year-round population of 6,707. Like any respectable boat house, this on has garages big enough for two speed boats. Inside you will be amazed by the big living room, a guest suite, the fully equipped kitchen, covered balcony, the gorgeous fireplace, bathroom and last but definitely not least a flat screen television that is wall-monted for the ultimate Super Bowl you will enjoy with your friends over at your place. This outstanding boathouse was once a tiny location of only 600 square foot, but thanks to the tasteful renovations designed by Christopher Simmonds, it was transformed into this beauty.
