Young-Deok Seo produces lifelong figures from hundreds of folded bicycle chains. To create these welded bike chains artworks, he first begins with a draft, then digitizes it to create a 3D model.

He creates a full-scale comment from the clay that serves as a template for both welded and welded chains.

Despite the many bends and curves of the hinges of the chains, the final forms perfectly reveal the intricate details of the human ear, torsos, and hands.
