It has become a kind of prestige sign to build a luxury residential tower in the United Arab Emirates. We have observed companies such as Armani, Versace, Bvlgari, or Cavalli that built such towers becoming iconic buildings in Duba, UAE. The famous French carmaker Bugatti has revealed a project called Bugatti Residences. As you may guess, the tower is in Dubai.
The property development companies BinGhatti and Bugatti worked in collaboration to build the Bugatti Residences. The tower is a kind of masterpiece for both companies. The façade of the building is quite unique; it has fluid and curved lines.
Features of Bugatti’s Residential Tower
Bugatti’s residential tower is a 42-story building equipped with car elevators. Moreover, Bugatti stated that the residential skyscraper will have 171 apartments that will be uniquely decorated. So, we can say that if you rent or buy an apartment at Bugatti Residences, you will be the only one with specific features.
The Bugatti Residences consist of 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, each of which occupies an entire floor. The penthouses have a panoramic view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal. The tower is an example of Bugatti’s commitment to perfection. The design of the tower is breathtaking, but the French Riviera outside of the tower is also indescribable.
We do not know exactly how much Bugatti Residences cost the company. But the starting price for those concerned is Dh 19.09 million (USD 5.2 million), which is a symbolic number for the founding year (1909) of Bugatti.
The tower has many luxury and sophisticated features, such as a fitness club, a chef’s table, a valet, a members club, a spa, and a jacuzzi. In addition to these luxurious features, the Bugatti Tower offers two garages that are headed to penthouse car lifts. The elevators allow residents to take their cars directly to their homes. This feature is a pioneering solution first introduced by Bentley’s Miami Beach skyscraper.
