In recent years, we find ourselves looking for multifunctional and flexible products. For example, if we want to buy a center table, we want that table to become a dining table whenever we want. In addition, we want our television to connect to the internet so we can search for whatever we want, and so on. It is a long list if we count every multifunctional item. A 33-year-old designer, João Teixeira, designed a bunk bad called flexy junior bed. The designer made a collaboration with Curve Lab in order to complete the design.
The designer completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão. He has a product design education, and we think he is quite successful in designing. Since the beginning of his career, he has completed designs of many multifunctional pieces of furniture.
Features of Flexy Junior Bed
Joao Teixeria reported that Curve Lab which is an expert in curved plywood requested the design of the flexy junior bed. The flexy junior bed in an interchangeable bed is the biggest highlight of this furniture. This bed offers flexibility to the guardians or parents and to the baby. You can easily interchange between bunk, single, or loft bed by swapping pieces. And you can do it in minutes only.
As Curve Lab is an expert in curved plywood, the team did not forget about the curved parts. The flexy junior bed has curves at the bottom. The curves offer minimum risk of babies injuring their feet by bumping them.
The frame of the flexy junior bed has hidden metal locks that make interchange possible. The designer also stated that the outer bed frame has four components. Therefore, it will be easy to adapt and engage in different lengths. So, we also understand from his statement that the legs can be shorter and longer. It is all up to you.
