The access to fresh and tasty vegetables is now possible in any time of the year since the technology in growing bio vegetables is so advanced. If you are at least careful with your health and weight you will be enchanted to hear about the recipe we wish to share with you today. We want to show you how to decorate the food in such way that it will result in some cute boats made of vegetables. Your children will be delighted to see them and mix both games and food, this way making it easier to convince them to eat healthy. You will need: 3-4 red, yellow and green bell peppers; 6-8 tomatoes; 1 cucumber; 1 zucchini hummus toothpicks.

Directions:First of all wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the vegetables in half and get rid of the seeds inside the peppers and tomatoes. Now fill the hollow vegetables with hummus and use the toothpicks to imitate the sail shapes of the boat simply fixing the thin layers of cucumber and zucchini into the peppers and tomatoes. All it remains to do is to place the veggie boats onto some plates and let them start their journey. This will be the best looking healthy dish for your children’s alimenting.
