World’s Tallest Residential Tower: Burj Binghatti

Dubai holds the world record for the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa. But the city wanted to be sure that they have the world’s tallest residential tower as well. The tower’s name is Burj Binghatti. Binghatti property team cooperated with the luxury watch and jewelry brand Jacob & Co. The two companies introduce the world’s tallest residential tower.

More than 112 Storeys

Burj Binghatti will be more than 112-storey. The building will be 500-600m long. When we think about the world’s current tallest residential tower, Central Park Tower, 472m long, Burj Binghatti will break a new world record.

Luxurious Residences 

According to the information the world received from Binghatti and Jabob & Co., the residences will have 2 or 3 bedrooms. The apartments will be pretty luxurious. These apartments’ prices will be between 2.2mn to 2.7mn. 

Crown of Diamond-Shaped Spires

Burj Binghatti is set to become the world’s tallest residential tower soaring above the cityscape. The ultra-luxury tower forms an elegant silhouette that is topped by a crystal-like crown. The crystal crown perfectly stands on the top of the building.
