ZNera Space is a Dubai-based experimental architecture company. The company has many futuristic designs and recently revealed a new project. The project is called Downtown Circle. The building has five storeys, which circle the world’s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa.

The company ZNera Space designed the Downtown Circle with a height of 550 meters. The architects planned the vertical megastructure to become a new natural and urban landmark in Dubai. The circular building in Dubai will compose typical energetic urban metropolises from public and commercial places to green Skygarden. The green lung will sweep through the entire ring, which will add a pleasant atmosphere to the building.

The circular building will have four vertical beams that will support it. As the building will have five levels, it will have the opportunity to create smaller units to maintain the needs of cultural, public, and commercial programs. Along with many opportunities, the building will offer a green area with natural light and a panoramic view of the great city of Dubai.

ZNera Space Company responded to questions regarding the sustainability of the circular building. The building will create a self-sufficient and sustainable vertical urbanism. The project is to compose a hyper-efficient mega-city center that returns to nature and the environment.

Regarding the sustainability of the Downtown Circle, the company shared its ideas, as well. For example, the building will have sanctuaries for food production and wild plants, areas for rainwater storage, a system for storing carbon, solar power stations, and air filtering.

The circular building will also have a rail transport system with a speed of 100 km per hour. The passengers will easily reach the nodes whenever they wish. Besides, the passengers will have a 360-degree view at a height of 500 meters.
